Terrible clean and unprofessional attitude

I agreed with Genna and Joanne that they would be housekeepers for my holiday let - cleaning and arranging the house in changeovers - and booked in a deep clean before advertising it.

The deep clean was awful. They didn't pull beds out, didn't clean cupboard doors, left dirt splatters on my wall, completely avoided one of the toilets, and left so much water on the floor that when it dried it was covered in water marks and was sticky.

Genna said she would come back a few days later to finish off, so in the meantime I paid her, thinking I could trust her to come back and finish it off since she would be the housekeeper. But she never showed up. And she didn't respond to calls or texts. I've since had to do a full deep clean myself, going over what she did and everything she missed.

I asked for a refund or I'd write a review about this, and was given £25 (it cost £150).

Avoid spotless.

We have been working with Spotless Cleaners for some time now, and as an educational setting, we needed to make sure they were trustworthy, thorough, adaptive to last minute changes and of course, brilliant at keeping our premises clean to a very high standard. They ticked all the boxes, and they are always a pleasure to deal with. Great job!

Genna and the Team are very professional, punctual and very thorough with everything from the actual cleaning to understanding the requirements. Always contactable and adapt very well to late changes in schedules. Highly recommended!

We have been using Spotless for over a year now. Genna is so reliable, quick to respond and very friendly. Great and efficient service, with extra little touches around the house. It’s so nice to come home from work to a clean house that smells amazing. Would recommend spotless cleaners.

Fantastic cleaning company

I've been using Spotless Cleaners for just over 6 months and they've been absolutely fantastic. Genna is lovely and really quick to respond and Sonya who comes to us once a week does an amazing job. She's reliable, hardworking and the house is always sparkling after she's been.
