I was there today to buy some trainers (3 pairs) and some t-shirts for my holiday. I went to try the clothes in their miserable changing room with 10 or more items. No one said anything. After that, my partner came back with some more, because I obviously had the wrong size with me. Member of the staff working behind the til stopped her because it wasn’t allowed to go with more than 3. He made us feel extremely uncomfortable in front of all the customers there like we were there to steel. I went to complain to the manager about his unacceptable behaviour but he said : If you don’t like it, go! They made me very upset today and completely ruined my day! I would never go there again!!!!

Appalling way to run a business. Spent ages looking for someone to help, eventually when approached by a member of staff our query over shoes & trainers was dealt with rudeness. Four workers were stood at the entrance door talking & smirking as we left the store. Never going to shop there again.
