False advertising claims and will never reimburse you.

Advertised kids football boots (online) mid Dec as "guaranteed delivery for Christmas". As of 31st Dec still not arrived (uk address). Customer Service team have no interest in helping, using every excuse under the sun such as emailing me to say they don't know what my email address is... refuse to reimburse even though they are unable to confirm if they goods were ever shipped (or even in stock). I was told they are "allowed 30 days to deliver" yet they advertised pre Xmas delivery on 16th Dec - a clear case of false advertising. Customer service now just stopped replying- another faceless organisation who won't take responsibility for mistakes.
