Sports and Remedial Massage, Acupuncture and Personal training. Liam initially studied at the London School of Sports Massage, later going on to complete a ITEC diploma. Liam is currently studying a Physical Therapy Diploma at Oxford University. He also offers "The magic of" Kinesiology Taping. Appointments are offered at Massage and Wellbeing Centre (Gandy st) ESA in Marsh Barton and PFP (24 Hour Gym) or from his well equipped therapy room in Crediton. Treatments can also be conducted from the comfort of your own home.
Liam is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals and also on the National register of Personal Trainers his qualification as an Advanced Personal Trainer helps to see things from the clients perspective and aid sports performance. He uses both ITEC deep tissue massage and soft tissue techniques to alleviate aches and pains. Other treatments in Liam's repertoire are PNF stretching techniques (resistance stretching), Myofascial release, Muscle energy technique.
