Outstanding assessment and rehab service

As someone who aims to compete at a higher sporting level, this is a fantastic all-round sports injury and rehab service; Lorna is able to get to the root cause of niggling or serious injuries, treat them and then recommend exercises to keep them in check and strengthen the muscles so that my performances are stronger as a result.

I recommend her highly to anyone who, like me, wants to compete in their sport to the best of their ability or who has an injury they want to see the back of.

I have struggled with serious back problems after a majour riding accident a year ago, and doing the amount of riding and competing I do I need to be on form physically all the time just like any athlete. After making regular visits to the sports injury and wellness centre I have never felt better in my body, and I am riding better and straighter than ever. The knowledge and expertise this lady has is outstanding and I couldn't recommend her enough to anyone. A professional service every time.
