I have always believed that the best treatments are not 'one size fits all'.

Holistic treatments cover a broad range of needs; physical, mental and spiritual. The idea behind Sports & Holistic Massage Therapist was to provide an affordable, friendly and tailored service to every client who visits me.

I take the time to understand your needs, and will recommend the right services to help address them. From tailored sports massage sessions to aquatic exercise programs, I provide a bespoke service that is never rushed, and always customised to every visitor. Appointment booking is simple, and I aim to be flexible, allowing you to book in at a time that suits you best.​

I regularly work with clients from across Essex and London, and am happy to provide both one-off and regular scheduled sessions.

In light of recent global events, I ensure all services are carried out in a Covid-safe manner, by regularly sanitising surfaces and wearing masks.

Sports Massage excellent

I’m running the marathon and found Nick for my sports massage after my long runs. I cannot recommend highly enough, Nick is thorough and highly knowledgable when I ask questions, had a massage today and feel great after a long run. Value for money is outstanding for time Nick gives you per session too, would recommend all day long.
