Spoilt Rotten's...never more apt

Saying the staff here are unhelpful is an understatement.

I called the salon to make a very basic inquiry, I was deal with by a lady who can only be described as; Harsh, brash, rude, abrasive, unwelcoming and offensive!! I have since found out that this is the Manager and Owner.

I'm a great fan of good customer service and give great feedback when it is due, this salon does not deserve such praise.
