Founded in 2013, Spirit YPC has gone on to draw the attention and acclaim of fans, creatives and industry professionals internationally.

A pioneering performing arts programme; we are the first of our kind to combine elite, professional-level training with online showcasing, being hailed a "modern template for arts schools" by Stage Magazine.

Our programme is highly intensive, results-driven and unlike any other in the world. Students are encouraged to deliver outstanding performances; to be game-changers in the modern industry. With this unique training our students become experienced, skilful and high-achieving.

As a testament to this high-level training, our students are consistently being cast in professional West End productions such as MATILDA THE MUSICAL, SCHOOL OF ROCK, LES MISERABLES, ANNIE and many more.

Our Performance Troupes continue to be scheduled into all-star lineups at high profile live events, such as WEST END LIVE, the ROYAL ALBERT HALL, prime-time ITV TELEVISION, MAGIC RADIO, the NATIONAL THEATRE, 02 ARENA and more.

On top of these live events, our flagship YouTube channel offers a platform for our students to be seen and shine in an industry that's increasingly reliant on social media. Our online performances have attracted an audience of over 40 MILLION authentic viewers.

These performance videos are released EVERY WEEK, making Spirit YPC a hub of hard work and creativity. Together we push to produce excellence. We are a TEAM and a FAMILY. With all classes kept purposefully small and extremely selective, students create bonds that will last a lifetime.

Provides excellent training and nurturing

Spirit Young Dance Company provides excellent training to their students and has mastered the art of building their confidence. Even though they are used to competing with each other as well as others at Dance competitions, there is a real camaraderie amongst the kids as well as genuine support and friendship. It really is an excellent school to be a part of.

Fantastic dance school

My daughter loves coming here. Dance professionals teach all types of dance to an incredibly high standard. They also have competition teams who have experienced huge success. If your child wants a career in dance/ performance this is the place to be. The atmosphere is friendly and professional. I can’t recommend highly enough!

Spirit Young is Amazing

I cannot praise this performing arts school highly enough. My daughter only recently joined but was welcomed warmly into a supportive environment with superb training. Exciting opportunities abound and she is pushed and challenged to succeed and improve every day. It's hard work. She loves it. Sometimes it hurts. She takes it. It's difficult to come across something that will get a 15 year old out of bed, out of the house, off the 'phone and social media and into absorbing, healthy and purposeful activity on a Saturday and a Sunday as well as virtually every weekday evening after school. Spirit Young does that.

Nothing like it!

Spirit definitely offers that extra something that lots of other dance schools lack!
What my daughter was desperately looking for, after completing grade after grade in ballet, modern and tap, was challenge through new techniques enabling her to become better dancer and achieve a platform to show what she can do.
Spirit has helped and is helping her achieve just that and even a place recently secured in one of the top performing schools.
SPIRIT = Great classes! Amazing choreographers! Competitions! Warm friendly atmosphere!
