Spirit and Sole

Susanne is a highly qualified and experienced holistic therapist at Spirit and Sole. She first qualified in Reflexology and Reiki in 1997. She is also a trainer and Master Teacher of some of the therapies that she uses. Her aim is to ensure that all clients receive a bespoke treatment that suits their needs and enhances their health and well being.

Therapies include: Reflexology, Angelic Reiki, Crystal Chakra Healing, Access Bars, Rose Reiki, Spiritual Response Therapy.

Many of the therapies offered are available over distance/online as well as in person.

Susanne has experience in treating a wide variety of issues from anxiety to womens health. She works with people of all ages and with people in many different parts of the world.

Susanne has a wide range of skills and knowledge in the "energy" field. As well as offering therapies, Susanne is a Master Teacher and runs workshops and classes on a wide range of spiritual topics such as Angels, Ascension, Golden Atlantis, Transform Your Life, Unicorns and Lemurian Planetary Healing.
