Don't be late
2
Always start with the positives, my son loved having his hair cut here, he said it was cool and they actually listened to what he wanted and this made him feel valued as a person and customer.
The price is not excessive and the cut was always of a good quality so you really do get what you pay for.
However that doesnt explain my Poor review; my wife was taking my son when she bumped into family she hadn't seen for a very long time this resulted in her being about 5 minutes late.
"You are late!" was the greeting she got as she entered, "He is about to start his lunch now so you won't be getting a cut"
Now I wasnt there so things remained polite, my wife pointed out that a hair cut takes around 20 - 30 minutes so in theory he was starting his lunch 25 minutes early, so would it be possible to just trim our sons fringe and tidy it up a bit instead of a full cut.
"No, he wont do that" was the reply without the receptionist even going to ask him..
So we dont use Spencers anymore.

As the only male stylist at the salon im really sorry to here this, what time and date was your sons appointment as i cant remember having a gap in my day and i take lunch around my customers and never have a scheduled lunch. If you could give salon a call i will give a complimentary cut as a apology
