1Rang the shop and only Vikki in she told me as I was happy when I left the shop there was not much they could do. I was not happy then she said that i might need a toner but would be charged £12.50.So went to the shop as arranged where she told me the toner would not work and would need my hilights redoing but I would be charged.told her I was not happy with that as I had already paid £95.00 and asked for managers email address to contact her with my complaint.I emailed the manager regarding the issue and to this day I heard nothing from roshna or the manager and that's over a week ago.absolutly disgusting. I would not recommend this salon to any one.especially when they leave junior stylists in the shop on there own .who try to sort out problems
