We provide a reliable taxi service in and around the Wrexham area and we travel the whole of the UK as and when required.
We provide a reliable airport transfer service to all UK airports with Manchester Airport and Liverpool Airport our most frequent airport transfers with them both being about 50 minutes drive from Wrexham.

Sick covered seat!!

2 minutes in to the fare I realised that I was soaking and covered in the smell of sick. The driver said Oh sorry a lady was sick in your seat before you got in!! My jacket and trousers are soaked and covered in the stench of sick.

Letting other people have my taxi because I was a few minutes late

I phoned for a taxi just as I was getting my things ready to leave work, came outside and I saw other people getting into my taxi just because I got outside when they sent the text message 4 minutes ago. I didn't expect the taxi to be so quick. It was a major inconvenience and I had to ask for a lift off one of my work colleagues which I felt bad for. Thanks a lot.

Sorry about this but sometimes the taxi can arrive very quickly if we have a taxi passing and we do send out texts when the taxi arrives. The driver should of waited but probably pulled off as no one came out of messaged the office to say on way out as all text messages are passed straight onto driver. If you had of called the office the driver would of been told he had the wrong fare and told to go back and if they didn't another taxi would of been sent ASAP and the other driver would of been sent home. Apologies.

We are sorry you feel you need to leave a negative review rather than contact our office as any complaints are looking into. We are a private hire company and all our prices are based on set fares not via a meter. All our receptionists are told to advise customer of the fare if going from one area to another area or to call a local taxi firm.

Mcdonalds run at 5am!

I'm appalled at the service provided this morning as 1. The driver was very judgemental at us going to McDonalds. When his reply was 'WOW' with a sarcastic tone. We got to McDonald's, unfortunately it was closed, meaning we had to go to another establishment to purchase our food. 2. After asking him to wait, which he kindly did, he then charged us double. After looking at the screen, which said £4.60, he then charged us £11. After using a calculator, we discovered that this was not double and we had be over charged for our journey. His banter was not what we expected meaning there was a very awkward atmosphere in the taxi. Due to this being the only taxi service in Wrexham that provides me with a card machine, we will unfortunately have to use this service again. His driving ability was very inconsistent as he drove erratically.
ALL WE WANTED WAS A MCMUFFIN! But we settled for a Mayo chicken baguette from the Spar.

We are sorry that you feel bad enough of our service to leave a bad review. We did not receive any complaints so this cannot be checked and rectified. If you do believe that one of our drivers was being judgemental or did indeed over charge you we would of looked into this matter but we only found our about this from this bad review. We have numerous drivers and we do not receive many complaints and if we do receive a complaint we do look into them. Not all the drivers are the same and this would of been a 'one off' incident as if we receive numerous complaints about a certain driver they wont be working with us for very long.

Rip-off - Do not use!!!

We've just been charged £13 for a 2.1 mile journey. These guys are rip-off merchants. They started the meter running before they picked us up and didn't warn us. When I called to complain they just said "speak to the boss". AVOID them at all cost and book an honest taxi company!

I am the operator of Speedie Cars, I always tell our customers to email me at our website and the complaint does get dealt with. We are not on meters as we are a private hire company and the fare goes on the distance the vehicle travels not on how far a person travels, this is the same in every private hire office in the UK. We take hundreds of jobs daily and very rarely have a complaint as we are an honest taxi company and are in now way rip off merchants. On this occasion the restaurant booked the taxi on behalf of yourself and the person booking the taxi was given the quote of £13 and advised to call someone closer, the person booking the taxi said 'no it is fine send the taxi', obviously this information was not passed onto yourself so we do apologize for any inconvenience.
