Spectrum Personalised Printing

The first time I used Spectrum, they were slow in getting my shirts together, but the embroidery and standard of work was good. I have been using them for the past two years and they are always hard to get in touch with but they are local I have always persevered . However, this year was well below any standard of service you would wish to receive. I phoned and asked if they could provide Hoodies for a team of schoolgirls travelling abroad to represent the Uk and they said they could. After a lot of unanswered emails, they eventually got back to me offering me sizes and prices and I placed the order. However, they stopped answered my telephone messages and failed to respond to emails. I was then left in limbo and it was only two weeks to go before the team were to leave the UK
Fortunately I found another company who delivered and I am satisfied. I would not recommend Spectrum as I have been badly let down. All they had to do was say that they could not take my order.
