Specsavers

Level of service bad ,after being told that I needed cataract surgery Specsavers Ruislip referred me to Spa Medica Watford ,where I was seen and told i would here from them very soon for the op .biut after not hearing from them after 5 months , I phoned and emailed them with no luck .I went back to Ruislip Specsavers and was told that they would contact Spa Medica ,well that was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard from anyone .After being a customer for many years I am very disappointed with this treatment .I do not know what to do next ,No one at that shop cares at all .
