I've used Specsavers for the best part of two decades and I've only ever had a single issue, which was resolved anyway.
The service is always great. They always have appointments available, sometimes I've walked in and been seen there and then! They are seldom late with their appointments.
Staff are always friendly and helpful. I've often walked in for minor things like a replacement cloth, lens cleaner or a snapped off nose pad and they're always happy to oblige!

pleasant staff and seen on time. The dispenser gave good advice on what style would suit my thirteen year old son best and we also ordered prescription sunglasses. They were on a buy one get one free offer so not bad at all
