Specsavers

This Falmouth specsavers is just not good. I called multiple times to ask about purchasing contacts or at least getting my prescription to change opticians but they refused. They promised to call me back more than once they never did. When my contacts arrived I waited a week to never receive a call to collect them- I never got it. I had to call myself to check if they had arrived and they had 'conveniently' tried to call me the morning I called stating it was the wrong number, but when they read it to me it was correct.

Outstandingly brilliant staff all round and service

Extremely poor service. Many mistakes.

Very bad 'service' from Falmouth branch. Incorrect prescription (mixed left + right eyes up), then tried to get me to sign NHS paperwork twice (I refused) and today wanted to charge me £60 on collection for thinner lenses,which they never informed me there would be a charge for, even though they said they would call me to advise if this would be the case. I left the glasses at the shop until these issues are resolved. A Director was supposed to call me back today, following my visit and complaint. Never did. I had to call at 7.23pm only to be told by the last person in the shop that they had gone home earlier. Someone from Head Office contact me asap.
