Looked after my family who were nervous for an eye test. Optician was very reassuring and glasses reasonable price.

Really took the time to get everything right and were very welcoming

After having my glasses smashed off my face in a freak accident at work and then losing one of my lenses in a hole by my handbrake in the car on the way to Specsavers

NO JOKE I WANTED TO CRY!

Then I walked into Specsavers in Banstead. It was heaving, everyone was busy With me standing there blind. Then this guy, the manager appeared in front of me and asked if I was ok. I explained my situation and my missing lense and he was amazing he spent 10 mins looking to see how he could get the lense out of my car. It was unretrievable unfortunately.

He then guided me back to Specsavers organised contact lenses for me there and then and ordered me a new lenses and reassured me he'd take care of everything. Which he did!

Now I never leave reviews but what an amazing team Specsavers has in thier Banstead branch. I can't tell how much I appreciated your help. I was kinda losing it, and up until I walked into that store I was having a terrible day!

Poor service, don’t respond to emails or return phone calls. Also lost a pair of glasses, that they denied having. Won’t use again

I came to this Specsavers in Banstead to have my eyes checked. I was sent by my Doctor. The findings were, that I needed Cataract Surgery and I was assured that they would pass on my application to the Hospital and it wasn't any need to refer it back to my GP. This was at the beginning of the year about 9 months ago. I have just found out that specsavers did nothing and I have been waiting for nothing. My Doctor has now applied for me, so beware of what this SpecSavers promise you.
