We had the great pleasure of dealing with John at professional chimney services, he advised us on the use and repair of several live chimneys within the house.
He was very knowledgeable polite and professional, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him, always on time, clean and tidy workmen and very reasonably priced.

I bought a house where the fires and chimneys turned out to be unusable and a complete state. I’d had a few other chimney people in to quote but was told to get John in.

Tracy was really helpful with quotes and keeping me informed of when work would be happening. Then John and Ben absolutely worked their socks off! Both chimneys have sharp awkward turns in them, in one chimney they managed to get out the old stove and flue liner and install new ones, and in the other repair an open fireplace and clear a nasty blockage in the chimney. Lovely lads, really neat and clean in their work (where holes had to be made in the chimneys they did a great job filling them in and rendering).

All the work came to pretty much what had been quoted and a reasonable price given the amount of work and the fact that everything looks great, works brilliantly and most importantly I’ve got peace of mind knowing everything is sorted.
