So we got the pleasure of dean driving us to Burnham on sea and back this week and wow what a lovely man and a great experience! So helpful with the bags and so nice with the babies! Couldn’t have had a better experience! Honestly I would recommend his services for anyone wanting a relaxing travel! Thank you again to dean!

a coach company pls do not use sparrowapp travel dean has scammed me for amout of 2K to check just type in his company name he has taken money from customers, suppliers, if you don't believe me check on Google he has recently moved from one address to another. please avoid this guy.
dean and Ben they all the same group. check out there scam reviews list is on every search you do.
I worked with this guy for a year first he will build your trust and then he will scam you. He will block your contact number' or he will ignore you. If any one need evidence just check the list I have put up on this page. This is note compare to what he has done to suppliers and customers until you do search yourself.

Sunday 7th April 2019 fa cup semi final wolves Vs Watford at Wembley. Coach was booked through agency. Sparrow travel never turned up. Tried calling all day to no answer and when someone got hold of me half way through the day I was told the coach had broken down and it wasnt their job to inform me. I have since read that they have left a charity party at the bottom of ben Nevis to which the owner has refuted on a Birmingham mail article but I can assure you I believe the complainants every word. Avoid at all costs it's not worth the stress.

We hired Sparrowapp to provide us with transport for the Three Peaks Challenge (hiking Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowden in 24 hours). As soon as they received their money (they demanded we pay them upfront) they ABANDONED us at the foot of Ben Nevis in the Scottish Highlands a.k.a THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE and blocked our phone numbers so we couldn't call them!!! Currently taking legal action against them. Worst of all is that this was a charity event! Please avoid Dean Tranter (the manager) at all costs!!!

Will let you pay upfront for minibus hire but won’t actually pick you up!!!
