I had a bad experience in 2020 and have put off leaving a review as I am worried I will receive abuse in return. I noticed at the time someone had a similar experience to me but the review but it has been deleted.
Originally my estate agent wasn't happy with the clean so Sarah came back. At first Sarah was friendly and seemed dedicated to finishing of the clean to a high standard.
When I came back to check the cleaning still was not complete. The oven and carpet clean were fine and to a good standard (as per other reviews). It was the rest of the cleaning service I would not recommend going for.
The exchanges via email after explaining I wasn't happy with the service we dismissive. I explained my issues but the responses only thanked me for my feedback and requested payment (every day for 3 days). I ended up paying Sarah (the full amount) after about a week of back and fourth emails to avoid more exchanges.

Great Cleaning Service

I use Sparkle for regular cleans, and they offer a great service. It's very reasonably priced compared to some other agencies I got costs from. Communication is great and my cleaner is very good, often doing extra bits here and there. I would highly recommend them and their cleaners.
