I organised a deep clean and a fortnightly clean after for my dad
My dad didn't want any help despite suffering from arthritis and found it difficult to manage the house.
I made it clear when I rang and spoke to the company that it was a big thing for my dad to recognise he needed help and it was important he didn't get messed around.
They were keen to arrange a deep clean which cost £90 and arranged a day with my dad to do a fortnightly clean after. They didn't turn up.
Alternative dates were offered by text which my dad responded to and again they didn't turn up
I rang to rearrange a day and was told they'd call me back once they stopped driving, they didn't.
They also didn't turn up for the next schedule clean
The deep clean was reasonable but did miss a few things like behind the back of the th, some of the corners on the ceiling and doors but overall did a reasonable job.
The main disappointed wasvthe unreliability after I was given reassurance
