Ordered a part and was told 10 days later that it was awaiting customs clearance from EU. 1 month after placing the order the goods have still not arrived and it is now impossible to contact them. Telephone calls go to answering machine and emails are not answered.
Am seriously considering cancelling the order and asking for my money back.

3 hours after posting this review the goods arrived in good condition.

Website does not indicate that a spare is not stocked. So after order they advice 10 working days whilst they get it from the manufacturer. really bad

I ordered some Makita spare parts, it was shown "in stock", but after than I received an email saying is not in stock, need to wait, bla, bla, bla... Avoid them!

Ordered parts on the 25 March told it would be sent straight away as of yet not received them, constant calls but no answer, email sent no reply’s. Spoke to James very helpful on phone but can’t get hold of him at all. Communication appalling, will not recommend this company. If we don’t get this it I’m I will be taking it further for a full refund.

Ordered one day shipped the next, and received about a week later which is an Australia Post problem.. I was lucky, as the supply chains are broken at the moment and not all parts are on tap, especially if needed from overseas.. Would highly recommend this business.
