Great paint job but with a delay.

I had my kitchen painted and it was done very well so am very pleased with the job overall. I was told it would take two days to complete. On the second day, after waiting in for three hours with no word from anyone, I rang the office and was told the painter had been delayed. He eventually turned up over four hours late and said he had been sent elsewhere. Due to this the painting took another day to complete. Without this delay and inconvenience, I would have awarded five stars.
