A Wonderful Morning at The Spa Bar

5
I had a great experience today with all my treatments. The staff were ready for me when I arrived and the place was clean. I started with the Gua Sha facial which was a first for me so was a little unsure what to expect. Kiran made sure that I was relaxed, comfortable and answered all the questions I had. The facial was so relaxing and I will definitely be going back again for the Gua Sha Facial. Next followed my manicure and pedicure. Both ladies who did this for me ensured that I was comfortable and both treatments were really good. Finally, I had my eyebrows done and once again the treatment was great. All questions throughout my time at The Spa Bar were answered, I was comfortable and relaxed. Thank you ladies for all the lovely treatments.

Ultimate luxury. Professional London salon experience in Northwood.

Luxurious experience. Just what I needed after lockdown. I felt completely pampered and refreshed.
Had a lovely pedicure and biogel nails done. Great range of colours and professional service. Glad to know this little secret place is so local.

Great marketing, poor techniques, not h&s aware

Avoid. Good marketing claiming of multiple awards. Used a nail buffer which drew blood on two fingers despite being told I have sensitive skin. Cleaned up with tissue. No offer of antiseptic wipe from first aid kit. Poor finish to nails which were stinging. £25 for a spa manicure. £15 for same treatment elsewhere.
Finally tins of floor and wall paint stacked up behind reception desk. Paint should be stored away in public facing premises.
Only nice thing to say was mint and camomile foot pedicure was refreshing up again, not dried feet after removing from water before applying lotion so technique poor.
