I have had to change the arrangements for my kitchen flooring several times due to various delays on the fitting of my kitchen units. Each time Nick has been very helpful and understanding. I am so pleased with how this problem has been dealt with. Thank you Southport Carpet Centre for such excellent customer service.

Appalled by the sheer lack of communication. We were expecting the fitter to be with us by 12.30 today. No show. We rang only to be told his van had broken down and he had needed to hire one. He would be with us by 2.30, we were assured. At 3.45 we rang again, to be told he would be with us in half an hour. Finally he arrived at 4.45 and is only able to do part of the job as no one told him he needed to bring ply with him. Consequently we have now had to reschedule the remaining floors for another day at great inconvenience to ourselves. We will not be dealing with this company again. No one can help a van breaking down but effective communication is another matter entirely

Called in to get prices on some new laminate flooring for the bedroom after finding their website. Steve the owner very helpful & incredibly knowledgeable.

Happy to recommend & will be using them again after this renovation project!

I simply cannot fault the service which I received from Southport Carpet Centre! There is a huge choice of carpets and Karndean flooring and the staff are on hand to offer support and guidance. We have had the whole house fitted over the past months and I have to say that having shopped around extensively beforehand, the carpets at Southport Carpet Centre are very competitively priced indeed.

The staff whether it be Emlyn, who came out to measure each room or John, the carpet fitter, are very personable and skilled in their area of work.

I would highly recommend Southport Carpet Centre to anyone looking for high quality and competitively priced carpets and Karndean flooring!

Steve took my call for help in getting a new carpet down in my husband's bedroom (before he was discharged from hospital). In less than 12 hours later the old carpet was removed and the new one down. Brilliant service with smiles all round. Thanks Steve and co.
