Tania and the team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They stand out like a good deed in a bad world. If only everyone else could be as efficient and pleasant as the Souhons team. That’s the virtue of being a local business with a real culture of service.

We visited Southons this afternoon, intending to purchase a Stressless chair I had seen and sat in last Saturday, plus look for two further chairs. On previous occasions I have enjoyed looking in this store, the assistants have always been helpful, while allowing us to wander around. Sadly today the lady followed us around the store, even appearing upstairs to speak to us, despite me assuring her we would find her when ready to purchase. The sales lady upstairs spoke to ask if we needed help, then let us wander around trying chairs. We eventually left without making our purchase due to feeling hassled.

I received excellent advice and service when I went to Southons to buy my bed. I would thoroughly recommend this shop as the best in Salisbury.
