Beautiful Oak Staircase

James did a fantastic job of our new oak staircase. We couldn’t be more happy with the quality of his work, his attention to detail and professionalism. He was tidy and cleaned up after everyday at the house, which was important to us as we have a toddler running around. We will totally be recommending James to friends/family if a new staircase is needed! Thanks again James!

Rude and unprofessional

I rang this guy to ask about a quote for a new staircase. Unfortunately we didn’t get very far as he answered the phone with “WHAT??”. I thought he didn’t realise someone was on the line so I said “hello” again, only for him to yell “what??” again. Clearly he needs to learn some basic customer service skills.
