Founded in 2001

SouthCoast Building & Roofing was formed by Roger Sharp. Devoted to quality and service the soul trader became a limited company, SouthCoast Inc, in 2011. Undertaking larger construction projects, the decision was made in 2016 to open a fully equipped steel fabrication workshop that is now proud to have achieved BS EN 1090 Accreditation (CE Standard).

Experience

Project Manager, Alistair Ktori, provides a wealth of experience within the Steel Fabrication Industry that spans over 30 years. This, combined with the knowledge and expertise of Roger within the construction sector, ensures SouthCoast Inc have the confidence and the skill set within the workforce to provide solutions for projects both large or small.

Expansion

In January 2016, as a result of continued growth and demand, relocation to our current and larger premises was undertaken. This location now incorporates our fully equipped fabrication workshop and our office facilities that have achieved the ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification.
