Yes it may look a bit derelict but I went there 30yrs ago when Mr Delamare was there. Absolutely excellent. Taught not just riding but horse care. We did dressage. I think Kate was his daughter also Kelvin was there. We were scared of Mr Delamare but any did he know how to ride not just to look pretty in the saddle. I have never forgotten what I learnt or Cheyanne the horse I rode he had one eye. Excellent place

Basically a scrap yard with derelict buildings

I have been riding at this Stables since I was 3 Years old, and I am still here today after more than 20 years ! The Stables is run by Kate and her family, who are very friendly and not only give exceptional customer service, but they also genuinely care about the horses. They have many facilities to offer for all weather riding, including a covered indoor riding arena, a variety of fields and even off road hacking and bridle path. The lessons are structured, and cater for all ages and abilities. The stables is also a pony club Centre, where Children can come and learn about all aspects of horse care and is a great introduction for them to gain basic knowledge and confidence. One of the best decisions my parents have ever made for me was bringing me here.

Random place, the whole area is in need of some maintenance and a clear out of random abandoned tractors, cars and caravans.

Whole place needs modernisation and a good clear up. Stables look like they have one winter left in them before they collapse.

Agree with others, staff are rude, standoffish and act like they are doing you a favour.
