Brilliant work from Glen. Took a strat and LP for setups and couldn't be happier. He sorted out an electronics problem on the LP that was frustrating me, too. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend taking your guitars to him.

I have used SSGS a couple of times now and this bloke is quite simply brilliant. My strat had neck problems ( action too high and fret buzz) I had taken it to a mate who plays and he couldnt sort it, I was then advised to try another guitar tech which I did. The guitar got a little better but still not right. Then I heard about Glen at SSGS. I met with him and told him the issues. In 2-3 days he'd done the neck, the frets, the intonation and the action. When I got the guitar back it was a WOW.! moment. This lad is absolutely brilliant. I then asked if hed have a look at my squire. He did. 2 days later.... WOW. That guitar is now absolutely amazing. If you go to Glen you will be impressed. He is very very good at what he does. The price was excellent and the service is absolutely second to none.

My guitar action was very high, it was almost impossible to practice without applying too much pressure to the strings. Thanks to Glenn's work the action is now low enough for me to practice with alot less effort and more enthusiasm. Very quick service, had my guitar back within 24 hours and sounding beautiful. Would recommend to all!

2nd time I have used this service for my guitar set up. No hesitation in recommending glen. Very professional and keeps you updated at every level. Reasonable prices and a top bloke. Guitars play better after a proper set up and glen does this methodically. Will be using this service again.
