Managed to fix a dabs aerial fault which Arnold Clark could not. Highly recommend.

By last December the sound system on my Lexus had been down for several months with no help forthcoming from local audio engineers (Stirlingshire) and eye watering proposed investigation and replacement costs from the main dealer.
One visit to Sound Master identified the amplifier problem and by two weeks later they had located a spare component to permanently repair it.
It was a pleasure to deal with an engineering company who properly investigate and repair, rather than scrap and replace with new, and all at very reasonable cost.

Spoke to the chap about replacing the head unit in my Peugeot, he gave me his number and told me to take send details and pictures and he would see what he could do. No response, so I followed up a few days later and was told to come in.
I popped in only for him to ask the exactly the same questions, what type of car etc? clearly having taken no notice of our previous communications. Goes on to make some general enquiries about a facia...and then tells me to phone in later,....this could've all been done with the previous communications had he taken any interest in my custom.
At no time did he bother to take my details or even offer to call me back, I was quite prepared to spend a decent amount of money but I would not recommend using this chap unless you like making phone calls and chasing him...he wont do anything.
He does want my money, that's fine..I'm not wasting anymore of my time.

Was totally stumped with an after market stereo I'd bought. Power was gettin to the head unit but not playing anything. Took it to these guys and problem was solved in 20 mins. Price was excellent for fitting as well. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
