What an amzing day in the Festival of Wellbeing on Saturday in Cardiff;s City Hall! Helped so many people, it was brilliant. So fantastic to be among so many like-minded people. A truly great day!!

Massage can not only relax and rejuvenate, but can help with lymphatic flow, Boost the immune system and relieve pain. stress and tension are primarily held in the back, neck and shoulders so a massage is an excellent way to relieve these areas of the body.

Tanning service available in Roath. Mobile service also available. Tanning depth of colour is dependent on each individual's own preference. Solutions used are Crazy Angels and Sienna X. Tanning solutions used are animal friendly.

Had a reiki session with the angel that is Nicky!! She always makes me feel so comfortable and ensures I understand the whole process of it. It was my first time and I wasn’t sure what to expect but WOW!! It was not only so so so relaxing, but I was actually energised and clear headed after she had finished. Nicky is an artist & has won multiple awards for her work!!✨ She knows her craft so well & genuinely has healing hands. She also has a special way with people❤️ you can tell she loves what she does and it shows in how you feel after each session. I can’t wait to come back for more reiki! And if you haven’t tried before, you NEED to try the reiki massages she offers too, simply put: they are the most magical experience to ever come out of Cardiff!!

Reiki Course was Amazing

After seeing Nic for reiki sessions for a couple of years, I finally decided to take the Reiki level 1 course. The course was a perfect balance of theory and practical and Nic was there every step of the way to explain things and give us confidence in the practical side. If you're considering learning reiki, I couldn't recommend anyone more than Nic at Soultree therapies. Thank you!

Where to begin to even start to give this lovely lady the credit she deserves.
Last July I decided to give Reiki a go. I had no idea what to expect and certainly no inclination of the huge impact it would have on me.
Nicky is an extremely skilled practitioner - SHE TOTALLY GETS IT! From the amazing treatment and her words of advice, to the way in which she always puts the power back to you. She’s just completely got it right!
The healing power of Reiki has become undeniable to me - so much so that I asked Nicky if I could do my Reiki training with her. Yesterday I completed my Reiki First Degree training.
I loved every minute of it. So informative and in-depth. I felt so comfortable and at ease the whole time. Safe and excited in the knowledge that I was being attuned by someone who has such faith, love and passion for the practice. My 4 attunements over the two days were just amazing - so powerful.
