Dishonest, unprofessional and untrustworthy.
Dishonest and unprofessional. I ordered a record back in May and have tried on numerous occasions to find out what is happening and/or get a refund on this. Multiple emails have gone unanswered, phone calls terminated mid call and no willingness from Larry to help. They have close to £50 of my money, I have no purchase, and they seem to want to just ignore me and the issue. There’s only one word for this behaviour, and that is THEFT. I’ll be speaking to Trading Standards and will pursue all avenues to get my money back. In the meantime, I would urge you to not shop online with these people as they are lazy, dishonest and do absolutely nothing to provide any customer service at all. Avoid Larry, avoid Soul Brother Records.
