An excellent whole family experience

We privately booked this for an hour and a half with the family and it was a fantastic experience all round. The equipment was first class and Kathy made the session informative, friendly and really inspiring. We will come back again regularly. So lucky it’s nearby.

what can I say??? I love coming to sonder for the sauna and ice plunge, I've been nearly every week for the past few months, I'm hooked!!! Cathy is great and very knowledgeable, talking you through the best ways to use your time there and then benefits of both heat and ice, it's such a lovely chilled environment and actually a great way to meet new people! I will be back again and again and again lol
