We take pride in our products and the Customer Service we provide. We check all products before they are put in stock to make sure they are in perfect condition, and check them again when they are sold so you can be reassured when you give them as a gift they will be perfect.

Avoid this shop, seem to be making more money out of parking fines than anything, my daughter got fined for parking outside when shop was closed, was dark and never really noticed the sign, she had every intention of buying a card in the shop but it was shut so she ran to another shop, was 3 minutes, has had a £60 fine, they should be ashamed of themselves, last owners were such nice people!!!

Terrible customer service

No greeting when you walk in a local shop you’ve never been before, staff on the counter looked miserable, it doesn’t cost anything as a business to greet your customers with a smile. I walked round spent a few minutes there, and no one even asked if I needed help. Was looking for an anniversary present but ended up walking out as the lady on the counter didn’t even acknowledge any of her customers. Also noticed a big parking sign outside, more concerned about making money on parking tickets rather than greeting customers walking into their shop. Won’t be going there again!
