Conservatory re-roof and interior upgrade.

The Conservatory upgrade was carried out by the fitters, electrician and plasterer in an efficient and friendly manner. The office also answered queries regarding quotations and advice in a prompt and friendly manner. We are very satisfied in all aspects of the final product.

Rear 5 sided 1st floor bay window replaced

Had a rear 5 sided bay replaced by Solihull WDC.
A reasonable quote was received so went ahead with installation, they worked with me and did exactly what I needed.
A slight problem with the head fixing, which they came back and corrected without problem.
Completion was delayed as I had the flat roof replaced and new Facia board installed, when this was completed SWDC came back and installed the bay pole trims to the new Facia, job completed without problems. SWDC registered the completed installation and guarantee registration documentation received a few days later.

I would recommend SWDC without hesitation and look forward to using them in the future for other windows that need replacing.

Twenty one upvc windows installation

Solihull WDC have recently replaced all twenty one windows in our house, and the three lads did a great job. They were very polite and tidy throughout the duration and are a credit to Pete.
Pete gave us a very competitive price on the job, and we are over the moon with the result. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Top job, brilliant team

100% recommended! Top job in town!

I waited for Pete for long time till he have time slot to build a large porch for me but it is worthy to wait as they did an amazing job. You know, genuine good builder usually has long waiting list. Neither defects, leakage nor any problems I could found so far after completed 4 months ago. He is recommended by my friend who also has a large porch built by them.

The price is reasonable and affordable.
