I gave a £600 deposit and after FOUR MONTHS of waiting and false promises i was told they could not provide the service they had promised. I had a agreed to buy an ex display door with a panel either side and have it fitted for £1200, the first excuse was, he had sold my door by mistake ( yeah right ) and i could pick another and there would be no extra cost, this never materialised, he said he was waiting for the two panels ( that was three month ago ) the next thing I hear is more bull that my door hadn't arrived and he was giving up on his suppliers and I could have my deposit back, which I got,( i know my panels were never ordered or the replacement door. I wouldn't go near this firm if they offered to do a job for free, you've been warned. I have one star because I got my deposit back, it should have been no stars
