I dropped off ONE load of laundry, sheets for my air bnb.
They said they could get it done in a few hours and asked if I could pay cash when I came to pick it up.
Went back to get it and it was
TWENTY FIVE POUNDS, for a single load of laundry!!
Avoid SOHO DRY CLEANERS at all costs!!
Everyone on London has been so friendly but this place is terrible!!!!

I took my clothes to here to get it clean, because they were really dirty. In just an hour my clothes were completly clean and dry. Really good service and nice people.

The service as well as the attitude of the owner are appalling!! I have used them a few times, as they're my local. The first time my bedsheets came back with a pillowcase missing and my cashmere jumper was so hard and rigid, it looked like felt. I then took my cashmere coat to them (i was in a panic after hot soup was spilt down it) I removed the trim from the jacket at the couhter but left the belt. Sadly when I came to collect it they had lost the belt. The dry cleaning manger was really nice, but said that I took the belt off when i removed the trim, however i explained that i 100% didn't because it was also covered in soup. When i went back in t check if it had turned up, The owner spoke to myself and a friend so rudely that I was really shocked. They have a cctv camera in the shop but apparently it doesn't work .. which seemed convenient. Overall I've had hundreds of pounds worth of clothes lost of ruined by this company. I wish I had read the reviews before ever going there!!
