Soft Options

We had an old fashioned green leather wing back chair and a green leather Captains chair which had both seen better days, my partner was going to get rid of them but I suggested re-upholstering them. I found Soft Options on Yell after sending a message and a few phone calls I visited them and choose a new leather for the chairs. Within a week the chairs where all finished. They are now beautiful the attention to detail, quality of the leather and expertise of the upholsterer are very clear in the finnished product. Also they team are so friendly and they listened to what it was I wanted and gave good advice about the chairs, I would recommend this company to anyone as the prices are very reasonable and what I did like was that I didn’t pay until I had the chairs back and was satisfied with them. I would have been happy to pay a deposit on the chairs as it is more security for the company and could be deducted from the overall price on completion. Definitely 10/10 for Soft Options.

Spent months looking for new sofas, but in order to get quality the costs were ridiculously high. Our existing sofas are good quality frames which have absorbed all the wear and tear of bringing up a family over the last fifteen years but they were looking very tired. We were a bit unsure but we ultimately decided to retain our sofas and get them re-upholstered with this company. We were delighted with both the quality of the work and the level of service provided. We ended up with essentially what looks like two new sofas for a fraction of the price it would have cost to replace them. We were impressed most of all with the attention given to detail and would have no reservations about recommending this company.

We had some really old (over 100 years)dining chairs which needed recovering. The finished product was 1st class and the turn around time was 48 hours. My wife thought it was a bit pricey, but when she saw the finished product she was over the moon.

I called into the showroom for some advice about my seat cushions. The lady was pleasant and helpful She made me feel very comfortable and I didnt feel a nusiance asking questions. I had new cushions put in which I am vey happy with. Would recommend Soft Options to anyone.
