FRAMES - Hardwood, of course: beech from sustainable sources. Some ply is used for increased stability to the structure. Our frames are glued and screwed.

BACK CUSHION INNERS - These are foam/fibre or feather. Please contact us when ordering to discuss your preferences.
SPRINGING - Our sofas and armchairs use serpentine springs in the seats.
SOFABED ACTIONS - Made by Sedac-Mecobel in Belgium, with sprung mattresses which are manufactured for us in the UK. Pocket sprung and memory foam options are available - please contact us when ordering to discuss your preferences. Our deluxe actions have a superior quality metal frame with a mix of sprung, beech slats and webbing - thus ensuring a deeper and softer seat when being used as a sofa without compromising the comfort of the mattress.
