I love my new bathrooms
I visited a lot of bathroom showrooms as my wife and I were building a new house. We decided to opt for Soaks as their 3d design service was excellent. We priced around and they were the cheapest. I dealt with Eddie and everything ran very smoothly. Even after the goods were delivered, they asked who our plumber was and called out to the site to go through everything with him.

Fantastic company :-)
Delighted with the products, service and advice received from Soaks bathrooms. The sales staff are extremely helpful and imaginative when designing my new bathroom layout. The end result is simply stunning.

Bad experience!
Be careful if you use this company. In my experience although they have an amazing showroom they are overpriced and their service is terrible. My deliveries were late i.e. after job had started, a few items were missing from the order, I had various items damaged and they tried to get away with substandard replacements. They also told me directly that they did me a favour by accepting damaged returns and I should have checked before signing - this was about 20 to 30 boxes which the delivery driver had off loaded before I knew he was on site!!! There are better companies than this one, best use someone else!!!

First of all I wish to apologise on the delay in replying to your review, i didn't realise that we had a review on Yell as they did'nt notify us. I am very sorry you feel this way about your experience with Soaks. Looking at the date of your review i can understand why you feel this way. In late 2015 our businesses turnover had doubled within a year and unfortunately we were unable to cope at this time. Therefore we had to try and get a quick fix to the problem, we employed temporary agency staff to help our team and we had a few jobs where all didn't go to plan (not many). You are correct, we always work with the customer when there is a damaged item and always try to replace them without asking any questions even after they have been checked and signed for. Since this period, we have expanded our team and they are fully trained. We even have a dispatch manager- Colin, things have changed a lot and i can assure you that you wouldn't experience this now.
