The best cleaners in Kingston upon Thames

This is probably the best cleaning company in Kingston upon Thames. We used them after a few other companies failed. They are just the best. End of tenancy cleaning in Kingston upon Thames has been done by a team of two. They just did a great job. Fully recommended.

Excellent cleaning service. We ordered an end of tenancy cleaning, carpet cleaning and windows cleaning. Cleaners came on time and did a great job. No issues with letting agency. Great job

Extremely unpleased experience Rude cleaners Bad service Very expensive

1. Promised to deep clean at £17/h plus VAT, including ALL cleaning products.
2. No cleaning products brought for the floor. And despite being reassured to have professional cleaning products, they brought only one small Tesco glass cleaning substance. for 3 cleaners! So had to provide extra myself! They brought just two murky mops with no cleaning substance. I provided products and now they don't want to deduct from the invoice.
3. They made a cut on the leather chair which they deny responsibility for. And make no provisions for repair.
4. There were 3 cleaners which attended, only one professional and the only one which did a good job. Rest of them, they were extremely slow.
5. One of the cleaners verbally aggressive when informed the end timing for the session. The company was informed of time available for the session and brought the appointment forward on the day to accommodate that early finish the week before. Very loud and combative.

Great Service

Great service! Really impressed with the team here. I booked end of tenancy cleaning and everything was excellent all-round, from the initial phone call to arrange the booking, to the availability and flexibility in making the appointment to the quality of cleaning and customer service of the staff. I would highly recommend this company, and will definitely be using them again. Thank you all at Snow White Professionals.
