Have been trying to contact this store in Llandudno for over 2 hrs today the 28th Dec still not been able to get through, the complaint is also about a gift i bought for my Great Grand Daughter for Xmas which is a " Lights and Sounds Vanity Table" which includes a working hair dryer that should make a sound which this one dose not The little one was quite disappointed. We would appreciate it if a replacement for this item could be made asap through the Llandudno branch?
