Had a really severe blocked drain in my front garden, already had a different plumber come out to try and clear it who couldn’t so called smithy and Bertie and got the job done in record time, very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Also have fixed prices. WOuld definitely recommend

Happy with service, would recommend.

Lee came and assessed our saniflow / macerator. He firstly suggested unblocking it which I know not all plumbers would attempt.

Unfortunately the pump was faulty so the next day he came back and changed it (He advised me which unit to get & where to collect it from).

This was on a saturday & sunday with me putting a call in on the Friday so it was all done as quick as possible.

I would recommend & use them again.
