I phoned Iain about a fault with the lock on my UPVC door, and from my description he identified the problem right away without needing to see it.
I arranged for him to come out, and on the day he phoned me half an hour before the due time to confirm he would arrive as arranged.
He removed the lock barrel and explained that it was broken. He then measured the size and I was happy with his price for him to supply and fit a new one.
He then went to get the new lock barrel and returned within a short time and quickly fitted it.
Very tidy work.
Overall, fantastic service.

Iain kept in touch to say when he would be at my house to fit two doors. My house seems to be squinty and he had to spend quite a considerable time fitting one of the doors. Perfect job, extremely happy and would definitely recommend him and hire him again.
