RICS Level 3 Survey,

5
Engaging with Smith Heritage Surveyors initially, requesting a quotation for an RICS Level 3 Survey, was straightforward, clear and professional, which gave us confidence to appoint them. After the survey and prior to receiving their survey report, it was helpful to have a conversation with them about key parts of their findings. The survey report is thorough, clear, easy to understand and helpful. We particularly value how the reporting is respectful of the age of the property and its building fabric. Their recommendations were clear and helpful and their advice since issuing the report has been and still is supportive and helpful.
