Avoid! Should be no stars

Awful. Hygienist appointment, inadequate, charged me £55 for 20 minutes. Very painful and gums bled. Staff very rude. Still waiting for a response to my complaint however ready to complain to a higher body so these people do not get to rob from other patients like they did to me. Keep away from this money making practice who do not care about teeth. Health authorities need to shut down businesses like this.

waste of money

paid £120 for what was suppose to be a filling. Instead of solving the issue and doing a filling ended up getting something to cover it. There's still a chip, and definitely not a filing to cover the whole gap. a joke. now have to pay to go elsewhere to solve the issue which £120 should have fixed!!!

Composite veneer

Worst experience!!!

I didn’t want to have to do this but I have no other alternative means to get the word out since I have been blocked from reviewing the practice....

I had orthodontics at this practice last year and received the worst service I have ever experienced, the orthodontist put 0% effort and absolutely no care into my treatment.

I was given false and extremely misleading information throughout my appointments, and when I finally decided enough was enough resulting in having my brace removed I was given no aftercare and treated like I had done something wrong!!

I have complained and received nothing back but inaccurate information and refusal to do anything to help me in this situation.

I wouldn’t go back to this practice despite other members of staff being helpful.

Great service and right in the town centre

I needed an emergency chech up and they managed to fit me in straight away, pleasant and clean practice with friendly staff. On the first floor in Boots in the city centre so easy to find.
