Repair brickwork and replace lintel

I booked Steven to install a new kitchen lintel and re-brick sagging bricks above. He turned up on time, did a great job and worked really hard throughout the day . Not only did he do that, but after work commenced, he noticed that there was a damaged pipe, which he dutifully replaced and also as work revealed that my door had no structural support so installed a concrete lintel in there that day. The building inspector came with full approval. If you need reasonably priced and reliable service, good workmanship and a considerate builder, I would recommend Steven.

Block work & render

We had SMH Building to block up our exterior kitchen door and render the outside wall. We could not fault the work carried out in any way, shape or form. Friendly service that turned up when they said they would, carried out the job to a high standard and finished when they said they would finish. Could not recommend SMH Building any higher!

Single Storey Extension and Patio

SMH Building carried out our single storey lean-to extension and outside patio. The works were carried out to a very high standard and within the time scale. Very efficient, and customer friendly. I thoroughly recommend if you want a trusted builder. Very pleased with the result.
