SME Stairlift

I've been meaning to write a review about SME Stairlifts for the past 2 years ever since Jon fitted a reconditioned stairlift for my 94 year old dad. I cannot speak highly enough about Jon, the stairlift and the aftercare we've received. We contacted the service (on recommendation) when we as a family were at a low ebb as my dad's mobility was declining. Not only is Jon a most professional and skilled practitioner but he is a lovely man who clearly understands the needs of families like ours and was so very patient with my dad and with us in explaining and demonstrating everything in 'idiot-proof' detail. All subsequent contact (eg for annual checks) have been of the same high standard. Most recently, I left Jon an answerphone message on a Sunday evening and he texted me back immediately and went out to my dad to attend to the stairlift the very next morning. We couldn't be happier with this company and truly would say, go nowhere else.

HAD A STAIRLIFT FITTED BY THIS COMPANY, WHAT A BRILLIANT SERVICE. JONATHAN WHO CAME TO GIVE ME A PRICE AND THEN FITTED IT A FEW DAYS LATER - WHAT A FANTASTIC PERSON, SO GOOD AT HIS JOB AND ALSO SO VERY CARING ABOUT THE PERSON THAT THE STAIRLIFT WAS REQUIRED FOR. NOTHING TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THIS COMPANY AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU REQUIRE A STAIRLIFT FITTING AND TRUST ME I AM NOT THE SORT OF PERSON WHO IS ALWAYS PUTTING REVIEWS ON LINE, BUT THE SERVICE AND KINDNESS WE RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY WAS AMAZING. IF YOU NEED A STAIRLIFT FITTING GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM

John from S M E came out to my mum's stair lift today as it had just stopped working on Monday. I spoke to John on the phone and he was so helpful and said he would have a look to see if he could fix rather than have to get a new one. He fixed it in no time at all and his price was very reasonable. My mum is over the moon and said he was such a nice, pleasant man. Thanks John. Highly recommended

Great, really knowledgeable and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Exceptional service would highly recommend.
