Smart Tailoring & Alterations

Just picked up my bridesmaid dress after having it shortened and it's the perfect length. Very efficient and friendly service. Will definitely be recommending to others and visiting again if I need alterations in the future.

So thankful for the hard work with my bridesmaids dress, I found out I was pregnant after the dress was purchased so a lot of alterations needed to be made now I’m almost 8 months pregnant! Very happy and feel so comfortable now!

If there are negative stars to give would have given them to this tailor without hesitation. He completely ruined my skirt. The skirt is unwearable as the two pockets are brought up closer than I have ever seen on a Levis garment and not evenly distanced from the centre line, by the way this is the second alteration, the first was worse, the pockets were not on the same level, one pocket was in a higher line than the other ,and were stitched completely together. Of course I wan't happy both times and instead of apologising and refunding me the full skirt cost, he started raising his voice, yelling and shouting at me telling me this is all he can do. To top it all up he charged me 12 Pounds or else he would report me for shop robbery. Unbelievable! Will never use him again and would not recommend him at all

Absolutely brilliant I can't thank and re them enough.. With the complexity of altering my dress for my daughters wedding which was completed within the week and totally spot on... I can truly recommend Smart Tailoring for any alterations
